This service is not designed for individuals seeking traditional therapy, or clinical mental health treatment.
It is not appropriate for those experiencing acute psychological distress, unmanaged trauma, or mental health conditions that require diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. I do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health disorders.
Instead, this service is best suited for psychologically stable, high-functioning individuals who want to refine how they think, perform, and operate under pressure.
*When clinical needs are identified, I may recommend working alongside—or being referred to—a licensed mental health professional.

I’ve worked with academics navigating research pressure, visibility, and career progression; executives and professionals working toward promotion or expanded responsibility; athletes performing in competitive environments; and organizations seeking to improve decision-making, internal processes, and job satisfaction. The work spans individual and team contexts and often takes place at points of transition, increased expectation, or sustained pressure. Across all engagements, client identities and organizational affiliations are kept strictly confidential.

This work combines psychological depth with a direct, pragmatic orientation shaped by experience in business and operational leadership. In these sessions, the expectation is focused, engaged work throughout the time we spend together.
I’m straightforward in how I work with clients and attentive to patterns—both in how individuals think under pressure and in how systems, expectations, and incentives shape behavior. This allows us to move quickly past surface descriptions and focus on what is actually influencing performance.
The approach draws on formal business training, experience in complex organizational environments, and evidence-informed psychological thinking. Rather than relying on surface-level techniques, scripts, or one-size-fits-all frameworks, the work emphasizes clarity, judgment, and adaptability in real-world conditions.
Clients are treated as capable and responsible. The work is collaborative, intentionally non-clinical, and bounded by clear ethical lines. The aim is not personal optimization for its own sake, but sustainable performance that holds under pressure, across roles and contexts.

Getting started begins with a brief initial conversation to determine whether this work is a good fit. We’ll discuss your context, goals, and whether the scope of the work is appropriate.
If there is mutual alignment, we’ll agree on a structure for working together and outline next steps. Engagements are intentional and limited, and not all inquiries result in ongoing work.
